That depends what you want. Me and my crew do a totaly underground rap-hiphop http://enema.nielegal.com (its in polish) but for the real Polish scene and to see what it can do try do download: Kaliber 44, tede, k.a.s.t.a. , molesta, chlopaki z szarego tlumu, paktofonika (aka pfk) those are the stars of teh real hiphop if you want a melody hiphop comercial than: mezo, owal mc2, trzeci wymiar.
If u want the website then try this http://hip-hop.pl/teksty/english.php

One more thing. If you want to understand Polish hiphop and the way of life you have to know that in poland the cult of streangth is very big. We dont kill our self we fight with the police or other groups. if u want to see thats it all about download a vidio clip of: PC Park - Klatka. This will help u understand. All pitures are tottaly true and really happend.

Yo! You can check some portuguese MC's as well as DJ's and crews. the only problem is that all the info is in portuguese, so its better to use a translator to browse around. www.h2tuga.net
And here's the site of a Portuguese Underground Rap Label: www.matarroa.com
Peace
as far as Swedish hiphop, you should definitely pay some extra attention to The Rotten Gothen crew (Glaciuz The Icy, Alibi, J-Json, Palestine, Rico Wondahman, Flame, Obnoxiouz), Looptroop, Chords, K-Real, Organism12, Timbuktu, Peshi, The Narcissists, Sam-E, 4:e Världen, Cami (or CamiTech, along with Campus Clique)

hey
I can recommend you from swedish hiphop Looptroop too and Timbuktu, or The Latin Kings who was mentioned by Dee too.
There's some more interesting artists there like MC Tia and Al-X (http://www.myspace.com/mctia)
And if you interested in some hungarian hiphop from the easts, check this (http://www.hiphop-directory.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6039) topic of HHD forum.

Hey,
I am former editor of Stress Magazine, a now defunct hip hop mag from the day Rae Kwan was the master chef, cooking it up real fine.
anyway, i have a hip hop blog: http://eurohiphop.blogspot.com/
for europe.
I would post more often if it had more hits. So, give it some feedback and I will respond and grow it. For me, Hip Hop is much more that throw up and imitating East Coast and West Coast fashion and arm movements with fat white people pretending to be black.
I wish there would be more authentic stuff, but it is slim pickings. I also wish there would be more exchange with the cultures.
Big ups to Wu Tank, particularly the RZA, who tried to use the cultural equivalent of connecting tribes and ventured out to europe. I even have met a Maori hip hop band traveling from Frankfurt, back to New Zealand. They met people in Zulu Nation and people from Wu Tang. Funny tidbits that the US media just does not pick up on. I am serious on this.
I am based in stockholm, with my feelers out in Hungary, Croatia, Finland and Sweden. I also do music videos.
So, to whet your appetite, I would suggest you look for the following:
1) Edo Maajka (bosnian telling the way it is in the balkans, as well as the diaspora. People from the former YU have had more reasons to flee to W Europe, US, Canada, Australia than anyone else in europe. 2 world wars, the freedom to emigrate during socialism, and wars after the berlin wall fell down. Too bad there werent more Vaclav Havels to offer up to the zeitgeist of central europe.
joke: what was the worlds slowest growing organism. answer: Tudjmans cancer. Well, now Tudjman (CRO) and Milosevic (SRB&MNGRO) are both OUT of the pic.
Maajka does not just copy US style, but really integrates balkan themes on fearing not having money, drug dealing gangstas in places like Brussels or Vienna, getting down and out both from weed and the ravages of war). I can send you a positive video, edited by a serbian dude, her out of sweden. the video is positive and refreshing. it has a nice bob marley insert "one love"
2) Beat Dis... this band could have gone far. They are hungarian. Mixing hip hop with a wide array of stuff. If the music industry could see past its nose, this band would have been signed. they had a NY singer, zaida rivas, fronting, and she had to go back to the states. Zaida even opened for the black eyed peas, in budapest. To catch a sample of their video and sound, see www.asvmproductions.com, music&video section, samples 1 and 2...
also, their own home page: http://www.beatdis.hu/
3) Helsinki is hot, in my opinion. let me know if this is of interest to anyone and I will dig up some more info on this, am soon out of time ...
4) in Stockholm, Timbuktu. Have also heard some good roots reggae. ... I am part of the melting pot here, and its a trip..
5) UK, Roots Manuva... see http://www.rootsmanuva.co.uk/rootsmanuva/.
The default song, when you hit the link is NOT his best song. trust me.
Again, from my sources in London, the US just aint opening doors to EURO hip hop. I dont know what part of this is ignorance or what percentage is fear. It is what is keeping Hip Hop from going to more significant levels. Roots is someone good enough to land in the US.
time to RANT...
all I see, when I see MTV in Hungary or Poland, is a bunch of rappers acting like they are from the bronx. While life can be rough, they hardly need to have the same arm motion and mannerisms of american hip hop.
dont get me wrong, i am not being prejudice. Nor is there a problem with cross-pollination. I grew up dancing in all kinds of clubs in NYC. The point is that Real EURO gangsters have no real passion to look like they come out of the Bronx. So, my point is, MTV aint picking up the real stuff for TV. The real stuff continues to fall between the cracks. Hip Hop could get bigger. It is fresh and hot. Lets just cut the "bling bling" lyrics. That is tired.
There is some good stuff coming out of Italy, and France, too, by the way, but again, out of time..
